- Fitness information: goals, experience level, workout history, exercises, sets, repetitions, weights, cardio activity, equipment, schedule, limitations you choose to share, and exercise swaps.
- Nutrition information: goals, meal preferences, dietary information, meal-planning inputs, food or macro tracking, and related feedback.
- Progress and check-in information: body measurements or weight you choose to enter, progress observations, photos if supported and uploaded, adherence, energy or recovery feedback, goal changes, and target changes.
- Communications: support requests, survey responses, and other messages you send us.
Information collected automatically
We may collect device type, operating system, app version, IP address, identifiers, language, time zone, approximate region, usage events, session information, crash reports, diagnostics, and interactions with features. We may use cookies or similar technologies on our website.
Information from third parties
If you use a third-party authentication provider or connect a supported service, we may receive identifiers and information you authorize that provider to share. We do not receive your third-party account password.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide and operate the Services; create and secure accounts; personalize workout programming, nutrition guidance, meal planning, exercise swaps, cardio options, goals, targets, and adaptive recommendations; display and analyze progress; respond to support; send service communications; detect fraud, abuse, or security incidents; troubleshoot and improve performance; comply with law; and enforce our terms. Where required, we rely on consent, performance of a contract, legitimate interests, or legal obligations as our legal basis.
3. Fitness and nutrition information
Fitness, nutrition, and progress information can be sensitive. We use it to provide the features you request and improve your experience. GYRANT is not a medical service, does not provide medical advice, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Please do not provide information you do not want processed through the Services.
4. How we disclose information
We may disclose information to service providers that support hosting, cloud storage, authentication, analytics, communications, customer support, security, and app distribution; to professional advisers; in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets; when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security; and at your direction or with your consent. Service providers may process information only for contracted purposes. We do not sell personal information for money. If our practices constitute “sharing” or targeted advertising under applicable law, we will provide required choices.
5. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain your account, meet legal and operational requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and purpose. We may retain de-identified or aggregated information that cannot reasonably identify you.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep your credentials confidential and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information; withdraw consent; object to or restrict certain processing; and appeal a decision. You may update certain information in the app or contact privacy@gyrantapp.com. We may verify your identity before completing a request. You can manage device permissions in your operating-system settings and marketing communications through available unsubscribe controls.
8. Children’s privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable age. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information without appropriate authorization.
9. International data transfers
We and our providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use recognized safeguards for cross-border transfers.

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for those practices.
